The hotel has a great location, right in front of the bus stop and is a good spot for visiting NYC without staying in the city. The rooms are perfect but come with extra taxes and poor communication with the front desk. The dining experience is good in terms of food quality and variety but could improve seating and wait time. There are great free amenities, with free bus stops nearby for NYC visits.
